MYTHD is a trade name of Sybertek LLC. These terms provide a basic framework for access to and use of the MYTHD platform.

Use of the service

Users must use MYTHD lawfully and only for purposes authorized by their organization. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate account access and for the accuracy and legality of content they submit.

Operational information

MYTHD can assist with organizing operational information, procedures, maintenance, purchasing, projects, and related workflows. Organizations remain responsible for their own operational, safety, regulatory, financial, and business decisions.

Customer content

Customers retain responsibility for content entered or uploaded to their workspaces and represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.

Availability and changes

Features may be updated, improved, added, or removed as the service evolves. Sybertek LLC may take reasonable steps to maintain platform reliability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Legal entity

The provider of MYTHD is Sybertek LLC d/b/a MYTHD. Commercial agreements, subscriptions, invoices, and other binding documents may identify the provider using that legal name.
